Gradara

Gradara is an ancient fortified village situated on a hill between the Marches and Romagna Region. It is located just 10 minutes drive from the sea resort of Cattolica. It is known for its middle aged Malatesta Fortress, a completely refurnished museum that can be visited all year round.

San Marino

The State of San Marino is the third smallest country in Europe and the oldest republic in the world. San Marino is located on the slopes of Mount Titan. Urbino

Located on an Apennine hill at 485 meters upon sea level Urbino has kept its character as a centre of art and culture. Its heart is the Renaissance Palazzo Ducale, the symbol of the city that now houses the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche with masterpieces such as the paintings by Piero Della Francesca and Titian. Another point of interest is Raphael's birthplace where you can admire a fresco of his young days. San Leo

High up on a huge rock in the Marecchia Valley, about 30 km from Rimini, there is San Leo. You'll reach it climbing up the mountains on a unique road, high up on a huge rock. On the top lies the Fortress. This military sentinel has been enlarged around the 1600th c. and converted into a prison for famous prisoners like the illustrious Count of Cagliostro and Felice Orsini. The panorama from St. Leo is simply breathtaking.
